Reason for Revision: Clarifying Product Ordering and Replacement Options
Intel is announcing the replacement server systems for the following discontinued Intel® Server
System R1208GZ4GCSAS, R2208GL4DS9, R2216GZ4GCLX, R2224GZ4GCSAS,
R2308GL4DS9 and R2312GZ4GCSAS.
1. This product discontinuance notification is effective March 31, 2013.
2. All orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable as of June 30, 2013.
3. Final purchase orders for the affected products must be placed by September 30, 2013 (Final
Day to Place Orders)
* Orders placed by June 30, 2013 will be supported.
* Orders placed between July 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013 will be subject to supply
availability on a first come first serve basis.
4. The final quantity to be shipped must specify a customer request date (CRD) no later than
January 31, 2014 (Final Day to Take Delivery of Orders).
Final purchase orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable, notwithstanding any conflicting
terms in our quotes, purchase order acknowledgment or Distributor agreements. Intel reserves the
right to change the products because of material source restriction.
