Installing Double Width PCIe Add-in Card
In Intel
®
Server System R1304JP4OC, R1304JP4TC, R1208JP4OC, and R1208JP4TC, it supports
two connectors to support 2xPCIe III x8 slots. In Intel
®
Server Systems R1304JP4GS and
R1208JP4GS, it supports two connectors to support 1xPCIe III x16 slot.
1. Loosen the screw and remove the plate.
2. Install double width PCIe add-in card until it sits in the riser connector,
3. Rotate the PCI card Retainer to make sure the add-in card is secured in the slot.
4. Install the plate and fasten the screw.
