8.2 Serviceability
The system is designed for service by qualified technical personnel only. The desired Mean
Time to Repair (MTTR) of the system is 30 minutes including the diagnosis of the system
problem. To meet this goal, the system enclosure and hardware were designed to minimize the
mean time to repair. The following are the maximum times a trained field service technician
should take to perform the listed system maintenance procedures after diagnosis of the system.
