A In Time Lda, de acordo com a normativa vigente, garante dentro de todo o território Português, os relógios da
marca FOSSIL. A In Time tem o seu domicilio na Rua Marquês de Tomar, n.º35 5.º 1050-153 Lisboa, com o
contacto telefónico 213 460 295 , e o correio electrónico intime@fossil.es. A garantia do produto adquirido é
gratuita e tem uma validade de dois anos, a partir da data de compra. É obrigatório a apresentação do original do
certificado de garantia, devidamente preenchido, acompanhado do respectivo recibo de compra. Pela presente
garantia, estão assegurados todos os direitos e obrigações estabelecidos no Decreto-Lei 67/2003, de 08 de Abril,
e na demais legislação aplicável designadamente, pelo Decreto-Lei 84/2008 de 21 de Maio.

FOSSIL IS NOT LIABLE FOR PERFORMANCE ISSUES OR INCOMPATIBILITIES CAUSED BY YOUR EDITING
OF REGISTRY SETTINGS, OR YOUR MODIFICATION OF OPERATING SYSTEM SOFTWARE. USING CUSTOM
OPERATING SYSTEM SOFTWARE MAY CAUSE YOUR PRODUCT TO WORK IMPROPERLY.

eyes off the road or become so absorbed in the activity that your ability to concentrate on the act of driving

 Do not wear or clean your Product while you are charging it. Always unplug the charger first before cleaning
the Product.
 Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your Product.
FOSSIL MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR
OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY, CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONS, PERFORMANCE OR SUITABILITY OF ANY
THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PRODUCT, OR THE ABILITY
TO INTEGRATE ANY SUCH SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT WITH THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH THIRD-
PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED WITH THE PRODUCT OR DISTRIBUTED BY FOSSIL OR
OTHERWISE. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY, CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONS, PERFORMANCE AND
SUITABILITY OF ANY SUCH THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT RESTS SOLELY WITH THE USER
AND THE DIRECT VENDOR, OWNER OR SUPPLIER OF SUCH THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT.
Nothing in the Product instructions or information shall be construed to create an express warranty of any kind
with respect to the Products. No agent, employee, dealer, representative or reseller is authorized to modify or
extend this Limited Warranty or to make binding representations or claims, whether in advertising, presentations
or otherwise, on behalf of Fossil regarding the Products or this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
FOR CUSTOMERS IN SPAIN:
FOSSIL S.L. de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, garantiza dentro de todo el territorio español, los relojes de
la marca FOSSIL. FOSSIL S.L. tiene su domicilio en Avda. Diagonal 463 bis planta 08036-Barcelona . La
garantía del producto adquirido caduca a los veinticuatro meses, a contar desde la fecha que figure en la factura o
en el ticket de compra. Salvo prueba en contrario se presumirá que las faltas de conformidad, que se manifiesten
en los primeros veinticuatro meses posteriores a la entrega, ya existían al momento de la venta. El comprador, en
el supuesto de no ser atendido en el establecimiento donde adquirió el producto, puede formular su reclamación,
dirigiéndose a FOSSIL S.L. en la dirección señalada, por correo o bien mediante llamada telefónica al numero
93.363.38.70, o bien por correo electrónico fossil@fossil.es. De acorde a lo establecido en el art 125 del Real
Decreto Ley 1/2007 de 30 de Noviembre de 2007 por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para
la defensa de los consumidores y usuarios, la presente garantía no afecta a los derechos legales del consumidor y
usuario ante la falta de conformidad de los productos con el contrato.
