Optane™ Memory
1.1 Overview
Intel® Optane™ Memory is Intel
®
RST’s latest system acceleration solution. It is a dual-media/disk
solution (fast media for file and block caching + slow media for storage capacity) that is presented
to the host OS as a single SSD. It utilizes PCIe NVMe SSDs that are based on Intel
®
Optane
TM
technology.
1.2 Minimum Requirements
1.2.1 Hardware
