Flex Port Filters 0x63
Three bytes are required to load the manageability flex port filters.
Data 2: Flex port filter number.
Data 3: MSB of flex port filter.
Data 4: LSB of flex port filter.
Data 5:
Bit 0: Match UDP ports
Bit 1: Match TCP ports
Bit 2: Match Destination port (0) or Source Port (1).
If Data 5 is not present, the match is done on TCP and UDP destination ports (legacy
behavior).
