This is a 3.3V input signal. Asserting DEV_OFF_N puts
the I210 in device disable mode. Note that this pin is
asynchronous.
Functionality of this input can be changed by Flash
bits settings - see Table 2-11 for more details.

LAN_PWR_GOOD 1 In Input
LAN Power Good: A 3.3V input signal. A transition
from low to high initializes the device into operation.
If the internal Power-on-Reset (POR) circuit is used to
trigger device power-up, this signal should be
connected to VDDO.
NC 22 Voltage Input
Optional pin used to connect an external power supply
to the PCIe block in order to replace the internal LDO.
