Warning: Care should be taken not to touch the TIM during the assembly sequence as
contamination or defect in TIM may impact its performance. Additionally, avoid
exposing the socket or other components on the processor and the base board to the
TIM as it may impact their performance and long term reliability.
Secure the heatsink to the ILM using a #2 Phillips torque driver tighten the four captive
fasteners to 1 N-m (9 ±1 in-lbf). Verify that the heatsink is properly seated and
secured to the ILM.
