3.2 Firmware
The Serial Peripheral Interface Flash Memory (SPI Flash) includes a 4 MB flash
memory device on the motherboard holds the firmware content. The SPI Flash
contains the BIOS Setup program, POST, the PCI auto-configuration utility, LAN
EEPROM information, and Plug and Play support.
