To add a customized certificate hash:
Enter the hash name (up to 32 characters). When you press ‘Enter’, you are
prompted to select the algorithm of hash being used for PKI provisioning.
The supported hash algorithms are SHA1 ONLY.
After selecting desired Hash Algorithm, you are prompted to enter the certificate
hash value.
