Note: disabling SOL does not remove this feature but just blocks it from being

3.5.2.3 IDER
Under the SOL/IDER/KVM screen,
1. Select ‘IDER’.
2. Press Enter to select.
The following options can be selected:
- Disabled
- Enabled
IDE-R allows an Intel AMT managed client to be booted by a management
console from a remote disk image. If the client system does not support IDE-R,
this value cannot enable it.
Note: disabling IDER does not remove this feature but just blocks it from being
used.
3.5.2.4 KVM Feature Selection
Under the SOL/IDER/KVM screen,
1. Select ‘KVM Feature Selection’.
2. Press Enter to select.
The following options can be selected:
- Disabled
- Enabled
Note: disabling KVM does not remove this feature but disables it. KVM will not
work in this case.
