Each pull-down resistor can be used to verify connectivity of a ground ball and a
control signal ball. The following table can be used to generate tests that can detect 1
kohm resistance between the two points, thus adding more open test coverage. The
resistor value RvalControl from Table 7 identifies the resistor tolerance.
