• Try turning the phone off and then turning it back on.
• If the above does not work, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
until the phone turns off. Then release the power button and turn the phone
back on.

Use the following tips to troubleshoot any issues on your phone.
Outgoing calls are not connected:
• Ensure that you have touched to dial the number.
• Ensure that you are connected to the correct cellular network.
• Ensure that you have not turned on outgoing call barring
(under Settings Call Settings).
Incoming calls are not connected:
• Ensure that your device is turned on.
• Ensure that you are connected to the correct cellular network.
• Ensure that you have not turned on incoming call barring
(under Settings Call Settings).
Others cannot hear you speaking on a call:
• Ensure that you are not covering the built-in microphone.
• Ensure that the microphone is close to your mouth.
• If you are using a headset, make sure that it is properly connected.
Audio quality is poor:
• When you are in an area with weak signals or poor reception, you may need
to move to another area for better reception.
When dialling from contacts, the call is not connected:
• Ensure that the correct number is stored in the contact list.
• Re-enter and save the number if necessary.
The device beeps and a red ! icon is displayed:
• Your battery is low. (“Connect charger” will appear on screen.) Recharge or
replace the battery to continue using the device.
Phone does not respond:
• Ensure the phone is fully charged.
