9.5 System Agent (SA) Vcc VID
The VccSA is configured by the processor output pin VCCSA_VID.
VCCSA_VID output default logic state is low for the processor. Logic high is reserved for
future processor compatibility.
Note: During boot, VCCSA is 0.9 volts.
Table 9-2 specifies the different VCCSA_VID configurations.
