4.3.2.4 HtBase—Home Track Base Selection Register
Each node has 4 bits mapping to the assigned HT segment starting address. There are
8 segments for each HT bank and total 16 segments. Each segment has 8 trackers. Two
segments construct a sector. Each sector has 16 trackers.
