Registers
This chapter also contains the Integrated Memory Controller Registers for all 4
Channels and the Power Control Unit (PCU) registers.
4.1 PCI Standard Registers
These registers appear in every function for every uncore device and can be accessed
using the provided offset.

Device ID values vary from function to function. Bits 15:8 are equal to 3Ch for the
