EDIT SPEED DIAL BUTTONS
Select and press the button you want to edit. Press MENU to enter the speed dial
menu. Use
/ to select one of the options and press MENU to enter: Edit
Record, Delete Record, or Delete All.
1. Use keypad 0…9, *, # and Pause to
enter a number at prompt.
2. Press MENU to save the number and
return.
DELETE RECORD:
Press MENU when the handset displays the message “delete?” to delete the
number. Press any key or DEL key to cancel and return.
DELETE ALL:
Select this option if you want to delete all emergency and speed dial memory
records.
Caller Identification is a service offered by your local telephone company. If you
are not sure you have this option in your telephone service contract, contact them
for more detail. If you have a Caller ID service name, number, date, and time of the
incoming call after the first ring. The KR2812 can record up to 99 caller names,
and numbers. The oldest entry will be erased if the call log is over 99 records. The
date and time of the phone will also be updated automatically following the first
caller ID record.
Name tagging:
When an incoming call is matched with a number stored in memory, the name
stored in the memory will be tagged to the incoming phone number.
Caller waiting ID:
KR2812 also display caller ID in call waiting. The identification information of the
caller will be shown on the display when you are on the other call. Contact your
local telephone company to have this service install for you.
If the Caller ID information is blocked, the handset will display calls with blocked
name / numbers:
