Controlling AV Components that are Out of Range
You can use the following multi-room kits to control the DBS-30.1 when it’s out of range of the remote controller:
• Multiroom kits such as those made by Niles and Xantech.
Controlling the DBS-30.1 When It’s Out of Range
If the DBS-30.1 is located in another room, installed in a cabinet, or out of range of its remote controller, you can use a
commercially available IR receiver to pickup the remote controller signals and feed them to the DBS-30.1, as shown
below.
Connect the IR receiver to the DBS-30.1 as shown below.
