STEP 1: PREPARE FRONT FASCIA

Components Needed

 Front fascia rails (D)

 Front fascia splice insert (B)*

 Fascia dams (foam)

 Sealant tube & gun

Tools Recommended

FIRST: Inter-connect by inserting the hanging

channel into the front fascia parallel and

evenly on a flat level non-abrasive surface or

slab. Make sure both front fascia and hanging

channel rails remain even and flush together

by taping every 15” across span.

DO NOT USE PERMANENT MARKER

SECOND: Mark top of front fascia & hanging

channel every 12” from end to end with a

small pen/marker/pencil.

NOTE: Last space will be 12 ¾” opening to

allow for flange width on last panel.

DO NOT cut the hanging channel.

THIRD: 12” marks will be needed during

future STEPS for locking-in roof panels in the

correct location to ensure water-tight

connection.

DO NOT cut the hanging channel.
