Mounting SGM PilotBox
Mounting the device to the DIN rail
How to mount the SGM PilotBox to a DIN rail:
1. Position the device at the DIN rail as seen in the following diagram. There are
snap-in hooks at the upper and lower edge of the DIN rail groove of SGM PilotBox.
Hook the upper one into place behind the upper edge of the DIN rail.

2. Lift the SGM PilotBox perpendicular to the DIN rail until the lower, flexible snap-in
hooks engages in the DIN rail.

 The SGM PilotBox is now readily mounted.
Connect power supply and control lines
 The device has already been mounted to the DIN rail.
 The power supply is connected and switched off.
 The connectors are detached from the SGM PilotBox.
1. Connect the plus pole of the power supply to terminal 1 of the connector for the
power supply.
2.
Connect the ground cable of the power supply to terminal 2 of the connector for
the power supply.
