Act_Max_Current_0
Act_Max_Current_1
Control for output of the currently set charging current
This output issues the currently set charging current and is only
effective, if the output "Plugin_Detection" is enabled, i.e. a charg-
ing cable is plugged.
Binary 4-stage coding:
Act_Max_Current_0 Act_Max_Current_1 Power
inactive inactive 13 A
active inactive 20 A
inactive active 32 A
active active 63 A
11 Plugin_Detection Control for output of the charging cable detection
This output issues that the SGM PilotBox has detected the plug-
ging of a charging cable (proximity).

Interlock_1
Interlock_2
Connector locking control
This output serves for controlling the servo motor of the connector
locking.
Binary coding:
Interlock_1 Interlock_2 Action
inactive inactive none
inactive active unlocking
active inactive locking
18 Interlock_NO Normally open contact of the full-bridge motor driver for the con-
nector locking
Connected to GND when using the Mennekes connector.
19 Interlock_NC Normally closed contact of the full-bridge motor driver for the
connector locking
Connected to +12 V when using the Mennekes connector. In case
of an operating voltage below 13 V, this connection must be con-
nected to the operating voltage that the Mennekes actuator is
supplied directly from the operating voltage. In case of an operat-
ing voltage from 14 V, this connector must be left unconnected,
because the supply of the Mennekes actuator can be accom-
plished by an integrated regulator in the SGM PilotBox. In the volt-
age range 13-14 V, the connector can either be connected to the
operating voltage or not - the more reasonable variant should be
used here depending on the operating voltage tolerance.

All outputs are disabled in de-energised condition, following a power
recovery and following a restart of the device.
