Summary of the FCC guidelines for 850/1900MHz:
If the final product is not approved in the US territories, the manufacturer should
deactivate the frequency bands 850 MHz and 1900 MHz and make sure that they
are not accessible to the end user.
If this regulation is not complied with, the manufacturer of the application is re-
sponsible for the application being FCC approved – regardless of the country in
which it is offered for sale.
