5.1 Logging into the GSM Network
With the help of HSComm, the INSYS GPRS 5.0 serial can be registered in the GSM net-
work. Click on the tab “Basic settings”.

Automatic login (one-time configuration)
Entering the PIN is only required for new devices or after the SIM card was switched.
Note: Per default, the INSYS GPRS 5.0 serial will login to the strongest available GSM
network during startup.
