Perform flash update:
Entry in terminal
AT**FLASH
The flash update process starts if the ESC
character key is pressed within 60 seconds.
This prompt also appears for every restart
(with a timeout of 2 seconds).
Start Update with Esc, Reset with @
Prompt for sending
Send the firmware as *.MHX file.
Expecting download with 8N1
Required settings of the terminal program:
Log: ASCII
Data format: 8N1
Handshake: Hardware
The device will perform a complete reset after the flash update is finished.
If necessary, the device will load the default factory settings. The SIM card PIN will re-
main unchanged.

6.7 Operation with PLCs
Generally, the device will be connected to a PLC or a PC with a pertinent application via
the serial interface and will provide the data connection for it via GSM to the remote de-
vice.
Depending on which PLC you are connecting, you must initialize the device or the mo-
dem accordingly.
