6 Basal Programs
6.1. Reviewing All Basal Programs
1. Navigate to the list of Basal Programs:
Menu icon (
) > Basal Programs
A list of Basal Programs appears with
the Basal Program in progress at the
top.
2. Scroll up or down as needed to see
additional Basal Programs.
3. Tap on the name of a saved Basal
Program to see its graph and basal
rates. Tap outside the graph to close
that graph.
6.2. Creating New Basal Programs
While in Manual Mode, Basal Programs are used to deliver a steady amount of
insulin throughout the day. is is known as your basal insulin.
To create a new Basal Program:
1. Navigate to the Create Basal Program screen:

) > Basal Programs
2. Tap CREATE NEW.
Note: If you already have 12 Basal Programs, CREATE NEW does not appear.
If necessary, you can delete an existing Basal Program. See "6.4. Deleting a
Basal Program" on page 80.
3. See "Create a Basal Program" on page 50 to continue creating your new Basal
Program.
4. If you have an active Pod and you want to use the new Basal Program now,
tap START to start using the new Basal Program. If you do not want to use the
new Basal Program now, tap NOT NOW.
