What to do
1. If you have an active Pod,
tap DEACTIVATE POD.
2. Check your Omnipod 5
app frequently to see when
Insulet has approved app
use on the current OS your
device is operating on. You
will not get a notication
from the Omnipod 5 app
when this occurs.
For a list of compatible
operating systems, go to
https://www.omnipod.com/
compatibility.
Note: You will not be able to operate the Omnipod 5 app on your device’s
current Operating System until Insulet has completed necessary testing of the
operating System. Use the Insulet-provided controller or a dierent insulin
delivery method until then.
