The Instant Pot Pro is amazingly versatile in the kitchen. No matter what kind of cooking you
want to do, the Pro has you covered.
CAUTION
Always inspect the lid and inner pot carefully to make sure they are clean and in
good working condition before use.
• To avoid personal injury or damage to the appliance, replace the inner pot if it is
dented, distorted or damaged.
• Use only authorised Instant Pot inner pots made for this model when cooking.
Always make sure the heating element is clean and dry before inserting the inner
pot into the multicooker base.
Failure to follow these instructions may damage the multicooker. Replace
damaged parts to make sure it is safe to use.
WARNING
DO NOT ll inner pot higher than the
Max PC Fill line as indicated on the
inner pot to avoid personal injury and/or
property damage.
When cooking foods that expand
(e.g., rice, beans, pasta) do not ll the
inner pot higher than the Half Fill line
as indicated on the inner pot.
Always cook with the inner pot in place.
DO NOT pour food or liquid into the
multicooker base. To avoid risk of
personal injury and/or property damage,
place food and liquid ingredients in the
inner pot, then insert the inner pot into
the multicooker base.
CAUTION
When cooking meat, always use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal
temperature reaches a safe minimum temperature. Refer to the WHO (World
Health Organization) and/or review your local government’s food safety
recommendations for more information.
