Replace the sealing ring
Remove the sealing ring and check for this.
Contact the Customer Care Team
Clean the sealing ring
Open then close the lid again
Install the sealing ring
Problem Possible Reason Solution
Difficulty closing
the lid
Sealing ring not seated properly
Adjust sealing ring, ensure it is fully seated
behind ring rack
Gently press the float valve downFloat valve stuck in popped-up
position
Lower lid onto cooker base slowly, allowing
heat to dissipate
Contents in cooker are still heated
Cooker is still under pressure
Ensure the pressure has released fullyFloat valve stuck in
popped-up position
To release the vacuum, touch the Venting
field to toggle to QR
Cooling of inner pot may create
suction, causing inner pot to
adhere to the lid
Difficulty opening
the lid
Lid is stuck to
inner pot

Touch Venting field, select NR. If pressure
has not fully released after 60 minutes;
contact the Customer Care Team
