Ferment Yogurt
1. Place the lid on the cooker and press Yogurt until you see “yogt 08:00” on the display. This is the
default time setting for fermentation, you may adjust the time in increments of 30 minutes based on
your own preferences. Although 8 hours is standard, the longer you ferment your yogurt, the tangier
the taste!
2. Once this stage has nished you will see "OFF" on the display. Remove the cooking pot and store it in
your refrigerator overnight to allow the avor to develop.
3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy your homemade yogurt!
Note: For extra thick yogurt, run the Pasteurization cycle twice.

INSTANT TIP: Greek Yogurt!
For a creamy Greek-style yogurt, strain the liquid
whey from the yogurt with a cheesecloth. This thicker
style of yogurt is ideal as a low-fat cooking substitute
for sour cream!
