03 Mounting Instate on your goggles Fen Position Instate behind the right goggle lens. Step Loop the cord around the back of the lens and inside the gasket. Stan slide one strap from under the clip all the way up. If there Is a second strap, slide It up to sit next to the first.
Hap & Ad lust the cord to goggle size. an § Make sure the cord does not pinch the goggle seal. No need to get o perfect fit, you will adjust once you wear it.
04 Wearing Instate To get the best fit: lon mare the goggle suction is wand on bath sides. Hold goggle lens and slide Instate back away from the goggle seal to improve the suction. We recommend you adjust your Instate when you wear it before your swim and in between the first few laps. For a video demonstration, check the tutorial section In your ap.

When the Instate is paused, lights will blink. The hes not In the way. Ground rules necessary. Stop Hold the button until the light tums off. Connect to the app to sync your swim.
