1. Press the power button (2.) for 1 second. You can set the temperature, vibration frequency, LED light therapy. 2. Hold down the power button (2.) for 1 second to turn off. 3. Briefly press the power button (2.) to set the vibration. 4. Press the timer button (3.) to set the start time 10 min, 15 min, 20 min and 30 min. 5. Hold down the timer button (3.) for 1 second to set the LED light therapy. There are 7 types of therapy colors to choose from.
