Sunbrella fabrics becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including
sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.
This warranty DOES NOT extend to: normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation;
or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Sunbrella’s liability is expressly
limited to this warranty. Sunbrella reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim. Proof of purchase will
be required. Sunbrella will supply new equivalent fabric to replace any fabric that they determine to be unserviceable.
Customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with replacing fabric. The customer must work with the
authorized dealer from which the product was purchased to facilitate communication directly with Sunbrella or with
Peak Season for this claim.
ALUMINUM TABLE TOPS: All aluminum slat tops are warranted for a period of three (3) years against cracking, blistering
or fading, provided the product has not been scratched or abraded.
SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, the color of a replacement or new item might not
match that of the original item. Mismatching of item finish is not considered cause for warranty submission but rather
a feature that adds to the uniqueness of the item.
NON-GLASS ALTERNATIVE TABLE TOPS & STONE ACCENTS WARRANTY: All non-glass (solid surface or
mosaic) stone, ceramic tile or GRC table tops and accents are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of
purchase by the original customer. Peak Season, Inc. will repair, refinish or replace any product that has bowed, cracked,
warped or delaminated under normal use and maintenance. For tables sold with burner unit and wind guard, only burner unit is
included within warranty above.
The warranty DOES NOT extend to: wind guard (where applicable), cracking, scratching, chipping or pitting which
is a normal occurrence with stone & GRC products. All natural stone table tops are properly sealed at the factory,
however it is highly recommended that a sealant, designated appropriate for your particular table surface be used
annually to guard against fading, peeling and water damage which are not covered under this warranty.
SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the hand-made nature of these tops or accent pieces, the exact hue and finish of the top might
not match that of the original item. Mismatching of item appearance is not considered cause for warranty submission
but rather a feature that adds to the uniqueness of the item.
SPECIAL NOTE: For table tops sold with burners, the burner contained in this unit requires use of Super Bio Fuel.
Operation with use of any other fuel voids the warranty.
LANTERN WARRANTY: All structural components of the lantern body are guaranteed for a one (1) year period against
defects in workmanship and materials. “Defects” are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the
product or affect the structural integrity of the product.
LAMP WARRANTY: All structural components of the lamp body are guaranteed for a one (1) year period against defects in
workmanship and materials. “Defects” are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or
affect the structural integrity of the product.
CANDLE WARRANTY: These items and accompanying remotes are NOT WARRANTED due to the nature of construction
and use.
WOOD ACCENTS WARRANTY: Teak and Acacia wood components are warranted for a period of one (1) year to be free
of defects in the material and workmanship. “Defects” are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of
the product or affect the structural integrity of the product.
This warranty DOES NOT extend to: small cracks, teak oil secretion, lifting of the grain, nicks, splinters, cracking,
knots, imperfection in the wood, unevenness, cupping or bowing over time, the natural patina of the wood, or any of
the described discolorations that occur through normal use as they do not impair the product’s quality and function.
Teak wood is a natural product and subject to variations in color and grain. A gradual color change of the wood
overtime to a silvery-grey shade is to be expected and reflects the natural aging characteristic of Teak wood.
RUG WARRANTY: Hand knotted rugs are warranted for a period of one (1) year to be free of defects in the material and
workmanship. “Defects” are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the
structural integrity of the product.
