Note to CATV system installer Power source Operate your TV only from the type of power source indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supplied to your home, consult an electrician or your local power company. Cautions Article 820 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA No. 40 provides guidance for correct grounding. Specifically, it states that the cable ground must be connected to the grounding system of the building as close to the point of cable entry as practical.

Installing the stand If you plan to use your TV in an upright position on a flat surface, you need to install the stand. To install the stand: 1 Insert the stand bracket into the bracket mouting hold on the stand, then secure the bracket with the two included screws.

To connect an S-Video device: 1 Make sure that your TV is turned off and the power cord is disconnected.

19" 720p LED HDTV/ 22" 1080p LED HDTV Connecting a DVI device Connecting a computer using VGA To connect a DVI device: 1 Make sure that your TV is turned off and the power cord is disconnected. 2 Connect one end of an HDMI-to-DVI cable to the HDMI INPUT jack on the back of your TV, then connect the other end of the cable to the DVI OUT jack on the external device. An HDMI cable transfers both video and audio. Separate audio cables are not required. If you are connecting a computer with a DVI jack, use an HDMI-to-DVI cable. An HDMI-to-DVI cable transfers video only. Separate analog audio cables are required.
