SETTING UP YOUR CHAT HEADSET 1 For Xbox One Controllers only: Check the base of your Xbox One controller first to make sure your controller has a 3.5mm port for audio. If it does not, you will need to purchase a speparate Xbox One stereo headset adapter(Not included). 2 Insert the chat headset’s 3.5mm audio plug into the controller audio output jack. 3 Press X button on the Xbox One controller>> Select “System” >> Select “Audio Devices”. 4 Set Volume control level to maximum.
MIC MUTE 1 Mic Boom up to mute. 2 Mic Boom down to unmute. 3 Mic can rotate 180 degrees for left or right ear placement.
ADJUST VOLUME 1 Turn volume dial on ear cup to preferred audio level.
TROUBLESHOOTING This is a mono headset and not intended for stereo sound. If you encounter problems, try the solutions below: No sound from your headset. • Check that 3.5mm plug is securely connected to the controller audio output jack . • Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device. • Check that the volume dial is not turned to minimum. Your Mic is not transmitting sound.
