faultresponsibilities,maintainingfeestothecustomersandpredictedtimeofcompleting maintenance.
3. Ifcustomersdo nothold objectionstofault reasons analysis,faultresponsibilities,maintainingfeesandpredictedtimeof
completingmaintenance,our companywillstartthemaintenancefor theproduct.
4. Asfortheproductsfinishedmaintenance, theywillbe stillcoveredthe warrantyservicewithinthe warrantyperiodor three
monthsuponmaintenance.
III.Limitedmaintenanceliabilities
ShenzhenINMOTIONTechnologicalCo.,Ltd.bearstheobligationsandliabilitiesofmaintenanceforproducts,sparepartsand
accessories,onlylimitedtothepartswithinthewarrantyperiodforfreemaintenanceorchangingfaultedparts.ShenzhenINMOTION
TechnologicalCo.,Ltd.doesnotbear(orauthorizeany persontobear) otherobligationsorresponsibilities,includingbutnot limitedto
theworkdelay,propertyorotherlossesduetotheproductmaintenanceperiod.Theselimitedmaintenanceclausesaretheonlyversion
toregulatethemaintenanceservicefortheScooter,partsandaccessories of ShenzhenINMOTIONTechnologicalCo.,Ltd.Shenzhen
INMOTIONTechnologicalCo.,Ltd.doesnotacceptotherguaranteesorimplicitguaranteesapartfromthesearticles.Intermsof
othercommitmentmadebyanythirdpartyontheproductsofShenzhenINMOTIONTechnologicalCo.,Ltd,ourCompanyshallnot
