Installation Manual

Place the filter in the resonator position next to the
frame.
Tighten the filter and secure on the intake tube using
8mm nut driver.
A) Loosen the MAF sensor using phillips screwdriver.
B) Remove the MAF sensor
Attach and install the step hose to the turbo with
clamps provided and tighten on the turbo side only.
Remove out of vehicle.
A) Attach the vinyl trim to the cut out to prevent the
tube from vibration on frame. B) Cut provided 8mm
hose with a blade down the center and install to the
A/C line to prevent any touching between the intake
tube and A/C line.
A) Push back resonator from grommets on frame
B) Roll back resonator into the splash guard to remove.
Note: some force me be required to remove.
Remove the 2 clips holding in the plastic auxilary
inlet.
A) Remove the resonator from vehicle.
B) Remove the 3 grommets from the vehicle that hold
in the resonator box.
Attach the vibra mount to the hole used to hold in
auxilary inlet. Secure using provided nut and washer
and tighten using 10mm wrench.
A) Install the MAF sensor into the new intake tube.
B) Secure and tighten using provided M4 button head
screws.
Install the lower intake assembly into the vehicle and
position the bracket to the vibra mount.
