Now install the lower intake assembly from the bottom

of the vehicle and position. Position the bracket to the

vibra mount.

Position for the best possible fit and clearance and

tighten the clamps using 8mm nut driver.

Install the filter to the upper intake assembly for the

short ram application. Tighten using 8mm nut driver.

For cold air application, remove the air filter and

install the provided 3” hose with clamps to the upper

intake assembly. Tighten on the tube only.

Install the upper intake tube to the turbo. Position DO

NOT TIGHTEN.

Now connect the crank case line to the 5/8” fitting on

intake tube.

A) Remove the air box bracket.

B) Image of the air box bracket removed.

Install the 2” straight hose with clamps to the turbo.

Tighten the clamp on turbo only.

A) locate the stud on vehicle frame and attach the

vibra mount to the thredded screw.

B) Secure and tighten the vibra mount.

A)Install the vacuum line with harness to the fitting

and push down till you hear a click. B)Install the

smaller vacuum line to the 1/4” fitting and secure.

Now position the intake tube in a natural position for the

lines to sit properly. Now tighten the clamps using 8mm

nut driver. Re-position and re-tighten if necessary.

Secure the bracket using provided m6 nut and wash-

er. Tighten using 10mm socket or wrench.
