There are two coolant lines attached to the metal CCV
line. Coolant line 1&2 will be disconnected from the
metal CCV line and reattached together using a 1/4”
plastic coupler later in figure 20
Once the two coolant line are disconnected, remove the
metal CCV line. This metal CCV line will no longer be
used in this intake kit.
Attach the supplied 1/4” plastic coupler to one end of
the coolant line.
Now connect coolant line #1 to #2

Use a plier and loosen the pressure clamp from the
CCV line connected to the valve cover.

Detach the metal CCV line from the valve cover.

Figure A: Place the 2.5” straight hose with 2 #40 clamps
onto the throttle body. Figure B:
Use a 8mm nut driver
and tighten the clamp on the throttle body only for now
Figure A: Place the filter onto the intake pipe. Figure
B: USe a 8mm nut driver and tighten the clamp on the
filter
Figure A: Place the MAF sensor into the welded
machined MAF sensor adapter. Figure B: Re-use the
factory MAF sensor screws to attach MAF sensor.

USe a phillips screw driver and tighten the two screws to
secure the MAF sensor to the machined MAF sensor pad.
Position the intake pipe into the engine bay and place
the end of the intake pipe into the throttle body
Due to the short legth of the intake pipe, it does not
require a mounting bracket. Position the intake for best
fitment and then tighten the clamp to secure pipe to
the throttle body.
