Why does it not work?
For newly purchased or idle for more than 3 months,charge the unit
at
least 4 hours.
Why doesn't water come out? How to avoid
？
1. Newly purchased or idling for a long time:
pull out the nozzle and flush
the water spray hole on the main body.
2. There is scale in the water inlet : remove the water tank and clean the
water inlet at the end of the suction pipe.
3. The suction port is not in the water: don’t tilt the dental floss during
operation and keep the suction port submerged in the water.
Why the water pressure is low?
1. Blocked nozzle: replace with new nozzle.
2. There is scale in the water inlet : remove the water tank and clean the
water inlet at the end of the suction pipe.
Why the battery only lasts for a short time after a full charge?
Insufficient charging time: recharging for more than 4 hours.
