TROUBLESHOOTING
Always turn off the air supply & disconnect the air supply hose before installing, removing or
adjusting any accessory on this tool, or before performing any maintenance on this tool.
Problem Possible Cause Action
1. Debris in right or left side holes
of air cap
1. Turn off air supply
2. Debris on fluid tip 2. Clean using non-metallic object
(i.e. toothpick)
3. Clean

1. Atomization air pressure is too

Fluttering spray 1. Fluid level too low 1. Refill
