31 Click on each analyte to verify the accuracy of each curve under the
Calibration tab on the right side of the screen. Verify that each calibration
graph is populated and does not contain outlying points. See Step 32 for
information on outlying points. See Figure 16-28.
Figure 16-28 Calibration Curve
32 Calibration points from additional data files can be added to the curve using the
Browse button under Data Files if additional calibration points are needed to
produce the curve. For example, an additional data file may be necessary if a
calibration point is found to be inaccurate. Refer to Step 8 and Step 9 for more
details.
33 If an outlying point is detected on the curve, delete the point by clicking the
corresponding concentration on the Calibration tab on the right side of the
screen. This will highlight the row in pink. Click Delete on the PC keyboard to
remove the point. See Figure 16-29.
NOTE: If too many data points are removed, click Restore Initial Record to
restore those data points. This will only restore data points since the
last library save.

34 When the library calibration is complete, re-save the library. Refer to Step 18
and Step 19 for instructions.
35 To save the method, click on Save in the Method section. See Figure 16-30.
