15.4 Startup
The Startup page, displayed in Figure 15-8, displays the initial settings for the
CMS5000 system heaters. The initial temperature settings for the components
described in section 15.4.1, CMS5000 Temperatures (C), on page 15-6 can be
modified on this page. The Method Type (Air, Water, or Ck Std) can be selected
on this page.
