1a Take note of the date and time, then click Cancel.
2 Open File and select Generate Trend Report (see Figure 11-6).

3 Click the Begin box to select the date and time for the first file in the trend
report. Click the drop-down menu in the Begin box to acess the calendar for
date selection. To select the time highlight the number to change it. See Figure
11-7.

4 In the End drop-down menu, select the date and set the time (as in Step 3) for
the last data file to be set in the trend report. Refer to Figure 11-7.
