NOTE: A zero in the Line No column terminates printing. Use zero only after all
required information has been entered. The maximum number of entries is 16. If the 16
th
entry is used, a line number 0 is not required.

The print formats (PAGES) are initialized to the following factory settings when the
DT200 is initialized.
