Package List Without further ado, we kindly suggest you to list all parts needed for the chair first.

Assembly Instruction Step 1: Turn the Base(6) upside down, press the Casters (7) into the holes at the end of each Leg. 1 (20) (5) (6) Insert the Gas Lift (5) into the center hole of the Base, the Telescope Cover (20) should be placed over the Gas Lift. (7) Step 2: Turn the Seat Cushion (2) upside down, push the Foot Rest out, align the hole position of the Armrest (3) with the pre-drilled hole position under the Seat Cushion.
3 Step 3: Align the Mechanism (4) over the pre-drilled holes underneath the Seat Cushion (2). Attach the Mechanism to the Seat Cushion using Four Bolts (8), tighten all the bolts with the Wrench (21) . (8) (4) (2) 4 Step 4: (2) (4) (5) Turn the Seat Cushion (2) upright and align the center hole of the Mechanism (4) over the Gas Lift (5), then push the seat cushion down onto the lift firmly until the connection is secure.
Step 5: Place Plastic Sealing (19) on the bottom of Main Angle Adjuster (12). Align Plastic Sealing (19) and Main Angle Adjuster (12) over the pre-drilled holes on the side of Seat Cushion (2), attach these 2 parts with two Bolts (9), using the Wrench (21). Place Plastic Sealing (19) on the bottom of Secondary Angle Adjuster (13).
Step 6: Set the back cushion stand up , Align the bolts (9) over the pre-drilled holes, tighten all the bolts with the Wrench.
Step 7: Attach Angle Adjuster Cover (14)(16) to Main Angle Adjuster (12) with four Bolts (11), using the Wrench (21). Attach Angle Adjuster Cover (15)(17) to Secondary Angle Adjuster (13) with two Bolts (11), using the Wrench (21).
Step 8: Install the headrest (18) over the Back Cushion (1) . 8 (18) (1) CAUTION: Make sure all bolts and screws are fully tightened before using chair. Lubricate all moving parts and tighten all bolts/screws every 6 month or whenever needed.
Instructions For Use 1.Seat Height: Paddle-shaped lever on the right side To raise: While taking your weight off chair, lift lever up. To lower: While seated, lift lever up. * At the proper height, your feet should rest flat on the floor. 2. Recline Function To recline: While seated, pull lever up. Max reclining angle is 150° To stop reclining: While seated, pull lever down. * Set the tilt tension to control the resistance you feel when leaning back.
3. Liftable Armrest Press the button on the armrests, can lock any height you need. 4. Operating the tilt lockout To let your chair tilt back,pull the control handle out. To stop your chair from tilting,sit forward, then push the control handle in. + - To increase tension: Turn knob Counter Clockwise To decrease tension: Turn knob Clockwise * Set the tilt tension to control the resistance you feel when leaning back.
Safety And Maintenance Do not stand on the chair, Do Not use the chair as stepladder. Use this product for seating one person at a time. Do not use the chair unless all bolts and screws are firmly secured. Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent puncturing the fabric. Every 6 months, check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. To clean, spot clean only using a damp towel and mild cleaner, first test on a small, unseen area of fabric. Chair weight limit not to exceed 250 lbs.
