Note: When Computer A connects to Ethernet PAN Bridge B it accesses the LAN as if it is
attached to the LAN directly. The network properties of Computer A must be the same as the
computers in the LAN, that is, Computer A and the computers in the LAN must be in the
same subnet and have the same subnet mask. For example, if the computers in the LAN use
DHCP for IP addressing, then Computer A needs to be configured to use DHCP. If the IP
address is configured manually on the computers in the LAN, then Computer A also needs to
be configured manually.

The following sections outline how to enable Computer B to access the Internet
through Computer A.
