1.Please check battery is powered.
2.Please check Pendant is turned on.
3.Please check your hearing aid is in T-coil mode or T-coil
+MIC mode.
4.Please check your mobile phone status.

2.Please check your mobile phone volume level and
mobile phone network signal is sound.
Maintenance and care
1.Keep the Pendant out of the reach of children
2.Store the Pendant is dry condition
3.Do not expose the Pendant to excessive moisture,
humidity or steam.
4.Avoid dropping or knocking the Pendant.
5.Avoid electric shock by keeping the Pendant away from
water.
6.Do not clean with harsh chemicals,cleaning solvents or
abrasive detergents.To clean,wipe with soft cloth slightly.
7.Do not leave the Pendant exposed to direct sun light or
other sources of heat
