Problem Possible Solutions
The software displays the message,
"The Tube didn't reply in the
expected time. Please verify if it is
connected."
∙ Check connections between the Tube and the computer.
∙ Check the COM selected in the serial port dropdown menu.
∙ Open the Tube and check that the battery is connected.
