• Ensure the correct IP Address is entered. See page
24.
• Ensure the correct Port Number is entered. See page
24.
• Ensure the correct Device Address is entered. See
page 24.
• Ensure the communication mode is set to ASCII. See
page 9.
• Ensure the Transmission Delay is set between 15 to
20 seconds. See page 24.
• Ensure all communication settings on the instrument
are correct. See page 8.
• Ensure the APN information is entered correctly using
the TROLL Link Setup Software. See page 24.

• Ensure the correct Modem number is selected. See
