ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required Assembling the Machine: One Adjustable Wrench and Allen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended this machine be assembled by two or more people to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left Stabilizer (#3) to the Left Upright Beam (#1). Secure the side with two M10 x 3 ½” Allen Bolts (#13), four ∅ ¾” Washers (#9), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#14). Secure the Bottom with one M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolt (#10) and Ø ¾” Washer (#9).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Connect the Left & Right Upright Beams (#1 & #2) with one Dumbbell Rack (#5) on the top level. Align the holes then secure each end of the Rack with one M10 x 2 ¾” Allen Bolt (#12), two ∅ ¾” Washers (#9), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#14). Repeat the same step to install the other Dumbbell Rack. Do not tighten the nuts and bolts yet. B.) Repeat Procedure A above to install two Dumbbell Racks to the second level. C.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Insert a Weight Post (#6) into the hole on the side of the Left Upright Beam (#1). Secure it with a M10 x 1 1/8” Allen Bolt (#11) and ∅ ¾” Washer (#9). B.) Slide an Olympic Sleeve (#8) onto the Weight Post.
